2018 Term 3 Pre-order Form

*) Sorry for the people that cannot order online via our pdf order form,
we have found the reason why the problem is occurring and we have looked
for websites that explain and show the fix. In the first link it explains
the reason and the fix for Google Chrome and Firefox web browser. In the
second link it shows how to fix the problem for Apple Safari web browser.
The second link does not include an explanation of why the problem is happening
so please check out the first link.
Sorry for the inconvenience but the problem is not with the PDF form file,
so please check the links below.
Alternatively you can use Microsoft Internet Explorer instead as it seems
not to have default PDF viewer.
